We are very happy to camp here. Our site was perfect for our Motor home. The manager Lyle is a super guy, friendly and very helpful. Nice setting on Intermediate Lake. Yes there is big lights at night throughout the campground but they did not bother us. We would return. Nearby Torch Lake, Charlevoix, Petosky, to name a few. We will return.

A small Beach and boat ramps. Has good playground with a variety of equipment. Campsites almost all have nice views of the lake but are small and not much privacy. Roads are paved. There are multiple large picnic pavilions. Public restrooms require a keypad code to get in.

We came to this park because they had a site for us. Every State Park was full through the weekend.

Nice park. Beautiful setting.

Cozy little place! Although we had a great experience. There are a few things to be aware of first before deciding to stay. The campsites are very close to one another. As long as you are okay with being friendly with your neighbors you should be okay. The campsites on the water seemed to be the best choice if they're available. There are also flood lights at night that never turn off! The worst thing was the fire pits were placed in the most akward places. Ours was literally on the line of the other parties camp site that we were told not to cross...overall not a bad stay for the price. Owner a good guy!

I do not recommend this campground.

Campground host was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Our campsite was very small, and the campsite behind us was allowed to put their camper 3-5' onto our site. Host says that is how they always do that campsite. We were refunded, but their policy doesn't refund the $6 convenience fee. We had to leave and get a hotel nearby. Even if we had stayed, our two tents would have prohibited a campfire in our pit or the pits around our site. It wouldn't have been safe. Our friends stayed, and couldn't have a campfire because their pit was under their camper awning. They also couldn't sleep due to the bright light.
